Refund policy

At Cyanidesugar3DPrints, every item is handmade or made-to-order with care. Because of the nature of the products, all purchases have the following refund and return policy:

Refunds & Returns

• Returns or refunds due to change of mind is not accepted.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if there are any issues with the quality of the product, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or a full refund will be provided depending on the customer’s preference.
• If the wrong item was sent, we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• Cyanidesugar3DPrints is not responsible for shipping delays once an item has been handed over to the carrier.
• If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping (domestic) or 60 days (international), please contact me and we’ll investigate.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may have already entered production and a cancellation will no longer be available.

Custom Orders

• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective or are not up to the expected quality.
• Please double-check all spelling, colours, and specifications for the item when placing a custom order.
